HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER?
Contact us to change your email or phone number especially after placing an order.
Please note that when your order has already left our fulfillment center, there is no way for us to change any of your details.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Go to Track Order and enter your tracking number that was sent to your email.
THE TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK.
Don't panic. Please allow some time for the courier to update your order tracking number. Or, you can contact us and we are always here to assist you.
